The outer part has a two-way zipper closure, windproof flap with snap buttons and Velcro, rollaway hood with drawstring and frog closure with Velcro, inner collar in fleece; muff pockets, high water resistant pockets with flaps and Velcro, extra chest pocket with zipper closure and hidden badge holder, elastic waistband and elastic adjustable cuffs with Velcro. The inner jacket has detachable sleeves with zipper and buttons, muff pockets, elastic knit cuffs and black inserts.
