Make sure the helmet is in good condition before use and its surface is not damaged: inspect for cracking, abrasions, change of colouring or dents. Once you become aware of a damage, you should immediately replace it.
Keep in cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Clean all its parts on a regular basis with a moist cloth and soapy water or non-aggressive detergent. Do not use any solvents.
